  Thanks Lisa,

Wonderful pictures.
Who is the GD beside Bóris?
Who is the GD behind Anastasia and Dmitri, at last picture?

 Regards.

I think behind Anastasia and Dmitri is Peter Nicolaevitch...

and beside Boris, the man looks like one of the Mikhailovitchi... (in my opinion!)

Lisa those are the most wonderful close up pictures....how DO you do it??
The man with Olga has just got to be Michael A!!  Maybe one cannot believe what you read in books.  Anyone else have questions about the Crawford's book Michael and Natasha??  They state in 1913 Michael was in exile in England and he missed the 300 year celebrations.
I absolutely love the CLOSE UPS and the way several of the IP are smiling.  So nice to see them smiling!
Thanks Lisa!

Dear Lisa, are you sure these pictures are from 1913? I would say it is 1912, in Moscow, after the Borodino's feast... Look at the Tatiana's long hairs... They were cut in winter 1913. I am quite sure, but correct me if I am wrong! I have some photo of the visit of the IF in Rostov; would that interesting for you?

aaah, Matushka, I think you are right!
I cheked my pictures taken in Moscow after Borodino, and indeed it seems that this movie (well known as a movie of the Tercentenary) would be taken on 27th august 1912... I'm sorry for the mistake, but thank you!! :-*

Yes they are coming from the film of Frederic Mitterrand.
I have some photo of the newspaper NIVA about the Tercentenary:
