Mn's face is just... confused! Poor thing, she seems lost! The same expression she had during procession arm in arm with Kirill, LOL (it was Kirill, was it?)
But TN and AN seem amused, i really'd like to know what they were looking at!

Maria does look a little lost in that pic, like you said Sunny, same goes with the video.

I've read she was with Grand Duke Boris, and Tatiana with Kyrill. Doesn't Tatiana crack a little smile in this video? (Credit to Lisa, found on another thread)!

Yes, and in  another moment TN points at  the camera filming them , so it seems it  amused her the camera was so close ...and then her blank, on the job face comes back! lol!

Yes, she was the only one I really noticed smiling the most in that video, if my memory serves me correctly. Within seconds though, as you said, serious face. I like that short video.

I'm certain both smiling pictures are Maria, Tatiana's eyes were much more almond shaped so in pictures where she is smiling they lift up slightly, also her nose was slightly longer a bit like Alexandra's,either way they are charming images thanks for posting them.

it really depends on how much of the footage is shown at a given time ...often TN pointing and laughing is edited out. Marie looks to the sky I believe  like in pain and the Imp giggles up to Dimity P...if memory serves

Nastya looks so small, I agree! Maria definitely looks like she is standing on something...maybe a box of some sort?
