Just a small aside to Aron Simanovitch, our topic here. In the book BEAUTY IN EXILE written by Alexandre Vassiliev that Felix so kindly sent to me....on page 90 there are two pictures of Simanovitch's daughter Maria. It states that she appeared in cabarets in Berlin and Vienna during 1923-1926. I find this interesting and wish so much that I could scan it here, but maybe someone else will.
