Ok well I herd that Alexei weight about 80 pounds near the end, but he was almost 14, isin't that kind of imposible?
And how tall was he near the end?
Thanx!

When I visited the “Nicholas and Alexandra At Home Exhibition” in Newark, I saw some interesting sketches and diagrams showing the placement of pictures and objects in the chidren’a appartments in the AP. They were made right after the IF left the Palace for Tobolsk.
The exhibition catalogue says only this:
Catalogue 52-59:
Sheet 17: “Sketch-diagram. Left wall of the bathroom of the Grand-Duchesses. (…) On the door post are markings showing the growth of the Grand Duchesses and the Tsarevich.
Sheet 18: “Sketch-diagram of a ruler marking the growth of the Grand Duchesses and the heir”
(Both are from the collection of the State Tsarskoe Selo Museum.)
Unfortunately they were at the end of the exhibition and I was in a rush. Most dates were very hard to decypher (in cyrillic and very small) and I managed to note only a few. If my memory is right, the last marking was for the Tsarevich: On January 1st, 1917 Alexis measured 1.54 meter (= 5 feet & half an inch). He still had 18 months to live and undoubtedly grew taller than that. How tall, I don’t know but, had he lived into adulthood, it appears he would have been taller than his father.
Maybe someone who will visit the exhibition in Cincinatti could note all the markings: it would be interesting to learn about the growth of all the children.
