Pedro de Alcántara Téllez-Girón y Beaufort-Spontin XI Duke of Osuna was the older son of Francisco de Borja and his wife María Francisca of Beaufort-Spontin. The Beaufort-Spontin are one of the most important families of Belgium.

He was succeeded by his brother Mariano, who married Maria Eleonora of Salm-Salm.

After his death, his wife married again. Her second husband was the father of Isabella of Croy, Archduchess of Austria and duchess of Teschen.
