Full recovery might be a tad too much, but I do hope this frail Lady recovers sufficiently to enjoy life a while longer.

Thank goodness HM has fullly recovered from her illness, and was seen a week ago visiting the Queen Elisabeth Concours of Music aqcompanied by HRH Princess Margaretha of Liechtenstein,néé Princess of Luxembourg.

Now,like Queen Beatrix,Fabiola received a threat that "she will be killed by a crossbow on july 21st during the parade on occasion
of the National Day".....

How absolutely outrageous. What sort of sick people are out there? May God protect Queen Fabiola (and hopefully the security services will do their bit too).

Hi,

Sick and outrageous that a woman of her age and station and endearment should have to endure some horrifying threat....
Why doesn't this idiot hunt down Osama Bin Laden and assassinate him, instaed of a lady who's done much good charitable works for humanity???

I am very happy that she has recovered her health and wish her only well....

A Scotman living at the belgian sea resort of koksijde was arrested yesterday for sending a threat to
HM Queen Fabiola in which he announced she would be killed with a crossbow on july 21st the Fete National.

He says Fabiola poisened her husband as she had an affair with Marshall Tito......
Need I say more ......No.I am not kidding. >:(

Another death threat against Queen Fabiola (nee Spain) of Belgium
« Reply #73 on: July 20, 2009, 05:11:40 AM »
And again a death threat was send to a newspaper last week in which it says Queen Fabiola will be killed tomorrow during the parade on occasion of the National Day.Might be a copy cat bla bla thing but Belgian official take this one very seriously as well.

During the festivities, among which the Te Deum  and the parade in front of the Palais Royale HM Queen Fabiola will wear a ballistic vest underneath her dress.Really,a draconic measure.

The most idiot allegations are in that letter ranging from stating Fabiola poisened Baudouin, she payed 6 million euro to the Vatican to kiss Jesus feet if she goes to heaven,I mean what´s that,it is insane  to a fault.Insane,no other word for that.To even think of these sort of allegations and then say she can be saved when she begs for forgiviness on her knees and pays 30 million to a good cause.....Stupifying,to accuse this Lady of all,of such monstrous acts. The perpetrator of the first set of threats was caught a while ago.

July 31st was the 16th anniversary of the death of HM King Baudouin.Queen Fabiola attended a Mass of Remembrance at the Notre Dame de Laeken,as she does every year only this time while sitting in a wheelchair due to fatigue.
