Bob initially had the planned layout of the children's rooms on the website a few years ago, as well as the detailed plan of the kitchen building.

First of all: Hi to you all! I'm new.

I was wondering if there are photographs of all of those rooms?
And did Aleksey have more comfort and stuff as the next emperor?

I have never seen pictures of any of the maids rooms on the hand hand side.  Nor of the doctor's rooms at the end of the hall.  There is one picture I have seen of the music room which is the first room on the right.  The other rooms are of Zanotti, Ersberg, Tudelberg, Uktina one one other I forgot.  I promise to post them as soon as I can.  I have to look them up to jake sure I have the order right.

You can see some of Aleksey's rooms on the palace site.

From the previously posted Diagram of the Rooms of the Imperial Children (formerly on this site)
From the Bottom Right going up:

Maria and Anastasia's Classroom (you have it labeled as Lady in Waiting on duty)

Maid Marie Tutleberg

Maid Madeline Zanotti

Alexandra's Lady In Waiting (on Duty)

Chambermaid Elizabeth Nicholaevna Eltso

Nurse Alexandrovna Tegleva

Chambermaid Anna Yakovlevna Utkina

Chambermaid Elizabeth Ersberg

Chambermaid's Room (Looks like it could be their Bathing room)

Just found the diagram on the AP site with more details on the maids rooms:
http://www.alexanderpalace.org/palace/maids.html

Hope the right wing details will be posted to the AP site soon.

i've always wondered, bob, what prompted you to remove something as interesting and emotionally important as that?      i would think that the plan of the children's rooms would go part-&-parcel with such detailed plans of the parents' rooms....

Has anyone ever been up there at all? And or what conditions are the rooms in presently. Are there future plans on restoring these rooms if they haven’t been already.

I've always wondered this myself. What has become of the Children's Rooms? I know that they were badly damaged when they were used for that children's home, but is anything left? Are there any pictures of what they look like today?

What do you mean Ortino by: "I know that they were badly damadged when they were used for that children's home"

The Alexander Palace was a childrens home?

And I am also wondering what the childrens rooms look like now? Isin't the Alexander Plalace a museum now, if it is don't people get to see the childrens rooms?

Anya, on the main AP website, there is an article with a short history of the palace (here: http://www.alexanderpalace.org/palace/history.html). This article says: "In 1919, soon after the Bolshevik coup, a part of the palace was converted into a Children's Colony, but this experiment proved to be a disaster and these rooms were returned to the museum." So yes, it was used as a children's home for a little while, and apparently those children caused a lot of damage, which is why the rooms were returned to the museum.

Now only part of the Alexander Palace is a museum, just a few rooms downstairs. The children's rooms upstairs are still closed off to the public. I would love it if they were opened, but this is not happening for now. This is the website of the Alexander Palace museum:
