Quite kitsch, but, coming from the Russian occupation authorities in Crimea, it would be stupid to expect better taste. I suppose that, following the official line in Russian historiography, the portrait will be part of a gallery of "great leaders", which will include Joseph Stalin (who carved up half of Europe at that palace during the Yalta Conference) and current President of the Russian Federation, former chekist, Vladimir Putin.
