Did you know that Karlheiz Böhm's eldest daughter is nicknamed Sissi? But her real name is Beatrix Draga Marie Therese. (Karlheiz Böhm played Franz Joseph in the Sissi movies).

I don't see the relationship between her real name and her nickname, I just saw a model
that her real name is Isabel (well Elizabeth, she is from Cuba) and is nicknamed "Sissi", as a name
I saw it on a person one day, I'm sure that her parents loved Romy's movies :-S

I am not certain about where I read this, but I seem to remember her nickname was Liesl, I have an aunt called Sisi, but only because she was the olderst sister (sister/sissi)......
I guess the Sissi Trilogy started it all.......

in fact Sissi's sisters have this kind of affairs (Marie, Mathilde, Sophie.... and even Nene) and
it wasn't very good accepted, less in the days of the Victorian strict and conservative mind
