Good morning all!

As Daniel,the groom to be is so involved in sports I thought it a good idea to get us all to do some gymnastics in the morning.
Don't mind the Ross Sisters singing as they do in the link,it's lovely '40's ,but watch and try what thay do after that...perfectly harmless...
allthough you might get in trouble in the haystack...
