I belive it is the Church on the spilt blood, but I'm not sure and Nicholas is holding Alexei in his arms. :)

I've noticed that the make Alexei look feeble by making him younger and smaller. Certainly in movies it's to make it sadder, by what about statues and pictures of Sainthood?
