What a strange picture of Alexandra's arm.  Her right arm looks to be so thin and deformed.  We know it wasn't, but I wonder what happened in the photo to make it look that way.

I have noticed the strange arm, photography of that time (as the present one), can create very strange jokes, there is a famous and particular photo of Nicholas and Anastasia, Nicholas (I think he is him) seems almost transparent...a very strange effect.
