Bob, I had an eureka moment! ::) I was surfing at Royalty Digest and came across a book that was posted here a few years back. That book--At the Court of the Last Tsar, by A.A. Mossolov.

I had the good fortune to read a few chapters, but before I could finish it, the book was no longer online? Do you have any intention of putting it back for us to read? Please! It really was quite interesting, and I would love to finish it.

It's back up on the main palace menu - I don't why it vanished.  We never got the last section on the court done....
