Tatiana's Necklace

(1/10) > >>

Naphtali:
WANTED:Does anyone happen to know the history of the necklace Tatiana is wearing in the famous "Russian gown" pose with Olga? (Tatiana is on the right, Olga on the left). I'm talking about the one attached to the pearl string. What is its symbolism? (three broken circles or moons somehow interwoven)What came of it? Was it lost/captured by the Bolsheviks/still found somewhere?
Thanks in advance for any info you may offer. We'll see about the reward 8)

WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!!  ;D
I have wondered about the necklace myself but I couldn't get any information. I'm sure someone here knows something about it's origin though!

Naphtali:
I thought so too, but apparently nobody figured it out yet. However, let's not despair.. this is starting to resemble the big Blue Titanic Diamond issue  ;D Somebody! help!!  :P

I don't want to sound stupid, but which russian gown pose? is it the one done in 1913 for the tercentenary celebrations?
sopsxx

Lanie:
Yeah, the ones from 1913; Tatiana is wearing a long necklace with stones.  Olga's is longer with more stones.  Here's a picture of Olga's (I don't have a good shot of TN's); Tatiana's wasn't as long:
