Dearest Courtiers:

I found this great new software site where they 'age' photos.  Isn't that great!  I am going to install it on all the palace computers right away.

I've  always longed to look older.  Haven't you?

Douglas.......  just  click on 'Apply' and 'Confirm'.

Assuming they had live to old age, I have wondered what Tsar Nicholas II would have looked like in his 60's, 70's, at 80 years old. Same question for Alexandra.

Again assuming he had lived, what would Alexei have looked like in his 40's, 50's, 60's, or older? As he got older, perhaps as Tsar, would Alexei have worn a beard perhaps like his father?

What would Tatiana have looked like in her 30's, 40's, 50's, even older in her 60's, 70's or 80's.

Same question about Olga, Maria, and Anastasia.

Had these people lived it would be interesting to know what they would have looked like throughout their lives including late in life.

Perhaps, though he would have had to be very careful trimming and shaving.
I'm back on my bull****.

If anyone wants to know what the last Tsar might have looked like in old age,  check out photos of Grand Duchess Olga of Russia 1882 1960.  She was his sister.

Well yes, but Nicolas and Olga looked nothing like each other.

What about Xzenia- I actually think she looked more like Nicholas, and she also lived to old age, like Olga. Both Xzenia and Nicholas looked like MF's side of the family. So maybe look at photos of how Xzenia aged to get more of an idea of what Nicholas would have looked like when he was older.

Actually Xenia and Olga took both after their mother a lot. Nicky was more like his father and passed this look also to Maria. So I believe he might have been a more subtle version of Alexander III. But it´s really hard to tell.

Well, Alexander III died pretty young, he was only about 50, the same age as Nicholas at death so what he looked like wouldn't help us.

You´re right.... but he looked older then Nicky though.... Until some skilled professional doesn´t use that "aging" programm, I don´t think we can even guess.

George V, King of England was Nicholas's cousin on his mother's side and looked much quite like him. So seeing how George V looked in old age is indeed an accurate indication of how Nicholas might have looked.

Had they lived, I would still like to know what each of the Grand Duchesses would have looked like through the years as they aged. What would each of these ladies have looked like in her 30's and 40's? In her 50's, 60's, 70's, at age 80 or older? The same with Alexei, and with Alexei I wonder if he would have worn a beard?

Seeing age progressed photos showing them at various ages throughout at least a normal lifetime somehow gives them something of the life that was taken from them.

I once started a thread called '' Tatiana as a 1920s beauty'' in the Tatiana section ( it's now in the Having Fun section) speculating on what she would have looked like had she lived into the 1920s. It hasn't been posted to in maybe 2 years though-,but you might like it and I can bump it up.
