I just thought of one for Alix:

"What Makes You Different (Makes You Beautiful)" by the Backstreet Boys.

If it were meant to be taken seriously I woud be insulted to. But it's not, so I'm not. I guess I have a better sense of humor.
Hatred – this is a disgusting feeling. Yes, there is sport gambling, there is a striving to win. But to hate someone – this is awful! I think, that first of all you have to learn to respect your rival. -- Evgeni Plushenko

It was all done in fun, and it was written in the seventies, so there really were those sought of rumors still around, there's no need to get upset, they were just having fun with a piece of history people were still curious about back then.

Even though now we know otherwise.

I like the old Madonna song (accckkk from the late 80's accckk) "Tale To Tell" as a theme  for everyone involved.
I might have misheard the lyrics so please be patient with me about this ...

The light that you could never see/
It shines inside you can't take that from me.

If I ran away/I 'd never have the strength to go very far/ How would they hear the beating of my heart/
Will it grow cold - the secret that I hide/ Will I grow old/ How will they hear/ When will they learn/ When will they know.

Sorry if I got the words wrong... :-/

How does that remind you of Anastasia? I don't think going to a party on Saterday night reminds me of Nastya.  ;)

Nicholas & Alexandra:

Come What May (not sure if anyone listed that yet, I've listed it several times on these kinds of threads)

Everything I Do (I Do It For You)

If I Never Knew You

Lift The Wings

Fields of Gold (I know it's very difficult to think of anyone other than Michelle Kwan for this song, but the lyrics speak more about them than Michelle)

Rasputin

Diary Of A Madman by Ozzy Osbourne

Aleksey (once again, I've listed these in other threads):

Remember Me by Josh Groban

Let Me Fall by Josh Groban

Bring Him Home from Les Miserables

Last but not least, NATURE BOY. I played the beautiful Nat King Cole version in a video montage I made, and the woman I sent it to asked if the song was written specifically for Aleksei.

"The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love, and be loved in return."

Nicholas

Nessun Dorma from Turandot. It reminds me of what he might have felt before Alix accepted his proposal :);) Am I right?
