Some additions to help: Zinochka is of course Zinaida Tolstoya.
"Baron's Olga Prof." must be readen Baron's Olga Porf.
She is writting about Baron Taube, a wounded who was a very long time in the lazaret and Olga Porfirovna Grekova, a nurse of the lazaret. In 1917, when the family was in Tobolsk Olga Porfirovna and baron Taube got married.

Pered Rasstrelom

No, unfortunately it's not. They have it listed as "in stock" and when you go to order it seems that the order goes through, but later you get an email saying that they don't have it. They also said that they will not be getting this book because it is out of print!  :(

I just stumbled across this fascinating thread tonight.  Thanks to everyone for their wonderful translations.  Too bad I don't know Russian -- the book sounds incredible.  So far, I know the alphabet and a few words, but learning the language is a dream of mine.
