I could never be a vegetarian . . . it's not that I don't think I could give up meat, but I hate vegetables!  ;)

I'm a "veggie" too, for the same reasons as you, Laura. I just don't have the willpower to cut out dairy!

I really admire vegetarians.  I think it's a wonderful principle to adhere to.
I could never give up meat though, I'm such a carnivore. :-/

You say that, but Morningstar Farms (in the US) do an amazing range of "meat like" products for vegetarians. We're talking veggie Italian Sausage, "chicken" nuggets, corn dogs, even veggie SPARE RIBS in barbecue sauce! Here in the UK, my choices are a bit more limited, but I do enjoy Quorn products. (I think they were just coming out in the US just as I was moving over here)

Ooooh!!! Tiramisu!!! Gotta love that stuff.

I also love Indian butter chicken--and korma.

I also like canneloni but Mum never makes it anymore. She stopped after I turned 12.

yes! I have to agree with Mrs. Eddy.
There are companies called "Boca" and "Yves" that I live by. They have the best tasting vegitarian foods! They do taste like the real thing!

My hubbie is a veggie ( but he eats fish) he adores the quorn stuff and he would kill for the bacon that Morning farms do.

I like soup of any kind or description . . . except oxtail.  :P

I'm not really a big ice cream/ice lolly/ person but I love popcorn, especially the kind you get in the cinema . . .  ::) About 2000 calories of course.  :o

The kind that is absolutely DRENCHED in butter so much that it drips on to your hands?? 10,000 calories(remeber peoples, 25 steps removes ONE calorie!!)

Some foods I HATE:

Beetroot
Peas( esp. the mushy ones!! ugh ugh ugh!!)
Chops( I suck at cutting meat off the bone. Meat usually ends up on floor.)
Avacado(can't stand it....)
White bread( i like non-pesticide foods, thankyou. Thats why I like brown bread.)
Strawberries(red stuff= me hyper=me hurting.)

Actually, wanna hear something funny about people and movie popcorn? I used to work in a movie theatre and I swear that most of the time when people asked for extra butter on their popcorn, they were the same people who asked for Diet Coke. My co-workers and I never found out the correlation... whether buttery popcorn actually tastes better with diet, or whether these people were just confused about what contituted a diet. But yes, movie popcorn is great. And just a word of warning... the oil used to pop it is actually buttered also. Buttered canola is the type.

Yes, apparently one large bucket of movie popcorn contains the same amount of calories one should eat in one day!  :o

I don't like white bread either, or strawberries - but I love blackberries and raspberries and things like that. I'm the despair of my parents, since I'm such a finicky eater!  ;D

I CAN be finicky, until Mum gives me one of her death glares.

Sorry to tell you this but I HATE anything with "berry" on the end of it. As I stated above, mangoes are my favourite fruit, with apples not so far behind.

I like peaches and grapes and apples, but don't make me eat a pear.  :P
