Dear Arturo,

Will you be publishing an article of your trip plus photographs in your Journal?  I would love to have a complete description of this trip. That would be fantastic.  I hope you do. Your articles are always absolutely fabulous.

Amelia

We describe our trip to Russia as "the adventure of our lifetime!"  Flying to St.Pete then to Moscow then on the Trans-Siberiuan Railroad to Perm, driving to Cherdyn and Nirov, then train to Tyumen and drive to Tobolsk, then train to Yekaterinburg and drive to Alapaievsk followed by flight to Moscow...it was an unforgettable experience and one of the best vacation/tours I have led.

And yes, beginning with Issue 49 (February 2006) the Russian tour and the vast amounts of information we gathered through it will appear as a serializatin inside the EUROPEAN ROYAL HISTORY JOURNAL - over the next four issues!

Last night I had dear friend come, over for dinner with us and we sat down afterwards and watched the complete electronic slide-show of my 2300 photos - we finished at 230am!

Katrina Warne, a dear friend and subscriber from the UK, and I will be giving a presentation about our Russian sojourn next Sunday (October 16 @ 900am) at the ERHJ Conference, to be held at the Holiday Inn Hotel, 1800 Powell Street, Emeryville, CA.  Further details on this just email me privately if you'd like to attend the study/conference weekend.

Dear Arturo,

Thank you so much for the descritpion of your trip.  In your tour next year, will you include Siberia?

Thanks so much for inviting me for your conference, unfortunately we can not at this moment go.  I have been trying for 3 years to attend to your conference, but it has been impossible, maybe one day we will attend.

We look forward to reading in the Journal about your trip and your planned tour - we are very interested (we, is my husband and I).

Thanks so much
Amelia

What a wonderfull pictures (and not alone in this discussion). I would realy like to use them on my own website in the futuhr (www.paleizen.nl) (this site is an non commercial, privat site in Dutch of the palaces of Europe. I know, there is a lot to be done, but one time, there wil be a item of the alexanderpalace) :)

I'ts a shame howe the tread this palace. You almost think that the paint on the windows are still the same as in the time that Nicolas and Alexandre lived there.
