You know, I must be really unimaginative, but all I see is an owl (maybe)  :-/ :D

Simple: this is the way the human brain works! Others may see something else.

Well, that kind of puts a damper on the "supernatural" part, doesn't it? Because who cares about a ghost of a dead owl :o ...  On second thought, I probably should stay away from this discussion since I am the person who did not see any ghosts in [glb]America's most haunted town[/glb]!

No no no! Don't you see the the cap, the eye sockets, even the slightly open mouth? And the two arms? It's not an owl, you silly people!  ::)

Here is an experience for you. When I was a student nurse, I was working nights on a female medical ward in Birmingham (uk). The ward had a balcony around the outside which looked down on a large local police station. They would regularly phone us, usually after 11 o clock at night and say that there was a little old lady on the balcony in a grey nightie and shouldn't she be in bed. Of course, there was never any such person out there but we knew that for sure we would have a death that night because she was a ghost who only ever appeared when someone was going to die. This actually happened to me several times during that rota of nights and each time....bingo :o
