Maria Clementina looks like her Aunt to me Maria Amalia of Parma. In her older age this Painting of Maria Amalia shows the same features that the younger M. Clementina has in the above Joseph Hickel Painting  a long nose with a  kind of bony face.  In the younger pictures all Maria Theresa's daughters had round faces and I always wondered about the bone structure of M. Amalia in old age. Maybe I am the only one anyone else see it....mind I am not saying M. Clementina is not attractive enough.

There is indeed a very definite resemblance between aunt and niece in said portraits.  I think Amalia really had a longish face - typical of the Hapsburg's  then -- but she had enough fat on her face to make it a bit round.  I have stumbled into a Czech site months ago and the study on her remains said that she had a long face.  But in her younger years, I guess it wasn't very apparent. I have seen portrait of Amalia by Rotari in her early teens and she had a quite a roundish rather than a longish face.  I also think that weight loss, very apparent in her later years, emphasized the long face.

I would like to refresh this thread with some pictures, that aren't available anymore:

I think she looks exactly like her mother Maria Louisa of Spain, they almost look like twins :

Yes, I think Maria Clementina took after her mother. I've read somewhere she looked like her aunt Marie Antoinette but I don't see much resemblance. She was named after her great-uncle, Prince Clemens Wenceslaus of Saxony (Archibishop of Trier), who was her godfather.
