You have proven yourself in this thread (and in others)  to be disingenuous and dissembling...Do you actually expect anyone here to continue this insulting ridiculous charade of a "TOPIC" any further?

Please reread the previous posts and TRY to understand WHY so many posters here may no longer have much patience with you.

Are you now going to try again to pretend to us again that you are "open mindedly looking for the truth" and that you are the one "searching outside the box"?

Do you realize just how insulting this sort of behaviour can become?
Fool me once/shame on you
Fool me twice/shame on me

this is over.

FA
If you are unwilling to shut this thread, could it be sent to the FUN section?

rs

LOL

This thread should have remained on the "SURIVOR" section.  This is hardly a fun subject.

You have a lot of nerve, if nothing else.

I don't claim one view and then privately tell the FA that I don't actually believe that which I posted - then  continue the pretence on the chat!

Did you miss the last 5 pages of posts?

Do you  -Michael G- have any information on this topic?

I wrote FA that I did not think there was "a switch" in a private PM.  Remember, everyone, this was a private PM.  I explained that I didn't believe in the switch because of all the great information provided by Helen and others but I'd like to speculate if it was possible.  The reason why I'm wondering  if it is possible is because I am starting to wonder if AA was FS.  If  they were two different people,  then something is wrong with the DNA / mtDNA which would have to be a  "switch" which the FA had told us.  It was he   I quoted the FA.  Remember?

I really didn't say anything different than what I've said on my posts.  Therefore, it should not have been a surprise, accept, maybe to those who didn't believe me after all of these posts.  And, that seems to be the case since it's the same handful of people who are having a hard time and calling "foul" when there isn't any.  Of course, there are a couple of  acceptions because there are people are relatively new to these threads and may have misunderstood my intentions.

It is not in my power to understand why a handful of posters tried  and continue to make it appear that I was trying to fool people.  It is these same posters who were trying to convince people that I believed in "a switch".  Anyone can go back and read my 3800 some posts and see for themselves.  And, most of my posts have sources where people can go and read the information for themselves and make up their own minds.  Unlike some posters,

I'm not afraid of contradictions and this constant  stream of  post directed at me instead of the topic.

Quite frankly,  I and most people are finding my having to make replies to all these personal posts as boring.  Unlike you, r.  I've not blocked you from sending me PMs so please let's keep this to PMs.

No Rskkiya, my opinion has been posted.  I have no information on whatever you are alluding to here.

Bear is allowed to have her opinion.  I don't feel she was malicious or misleading, or disengenuous, unlike those who perist in the constant barrage of criticism.

I don't think the Romanovs were a part of the "switch".

It's obvious that Nicholas II didn't place them into his confidence  for a great many  things and he probably didn't for secret accounts, if they existed.

I am not near by books this afternoon,  so,  I can't pull out various quotes from Clarke to answer anything more on this post and other posts about money.

AGRBear

Bear,

I have read several places where Sir George Buchannan
said that the N&A repatriated most if not all of their foreign monies during the war, and they encouraged other Romanovs to do so.  This would make sense as there was no money left in the Bank of England, and the money in the Mendelssohn Bank in Germany, would have been frozen until after WW I.

If Nicholas had secret accounts, then he took that secret to his grave.  I just don't think he did.  It seems amazing that as wealthy as these people were that they didn't have more foreign investments and properties.
