"Late Imperial Russia" by Ian Thatcher

I was roaming amazon for my next batch of Russia/Romanov books when I bumped into "Late Imperial Russia: Problems and Prospects" by Ian D. Thatcher. It had no reviews though. So I would like to know whether anyone on this board has read it and what they think of it. Should I buy it?

I've never heard of this book until now, but it looks interesting to say the least. I too would be interested in hearing from those who have read it.
