Can anyone tell me how to do a watermark on my pictures?

There should be a text box on top of the picture you're coloring, or up in the FILE bar somewhere.  Once their, just change the transparency on whatever you want to put on there.

I just got Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0. (Long story behind that)!  Anyway, I am having trouble getting a brown color for hair.  It is never dark enough or it looks orange.  Can someone tell me how they do it?  PLEASE!!!!!

The question is what is Adobe Photoshop CS, right?
Here is what the company calls it:

Adobe® Photoshop® CS2 software, the professional image-editing standard and leader of the Photoshop digital imaging line, delivers more of what you crave. Groundbreaking creative tools help you achieve extraordinary results. Unprecedented adaptability lets you custom-fit Photoshop to the way you work. And with more efficient editing, processing, and file handling, there’s no slowing you down.

But for much more information, check out it's Wikipedia page  :)

Hi, I've just started colouring black and white photos of the romanovs and anne frank and although the pictures can be ok, I'm finding it really difficult to get skin tones right.
Whats the best way to apply skin tones and how do you make it look as realistic as possible?
I use paint shop pro photo XI (the newest PSP) and am currently colouring pictures in by having different layers, highlighting the skin and filling it with a pinky orange colour and then clicking on the layer and changing the blend to colour (legacy) and messing about with the opacity if needed.
Here are some examples:

Thats a rip off!!! :( people on the internet amazon, ebay, other purchase websites and the main website are charging $500.00 and up.  ;D You know why I think the reason why their coloring great is because they all purchased the photoshop cs2 cd or other colorizing programs not downloading and puting a big virus on you computer thats what happen to my other computer hopefully it will work properly, you have to buy it first before your coloring now I understand. :)

CHEA!
that happened to my friend...

my adobe stinks I never get the right skin tone  :P
the skin tone is rather easy to find.
try these colors

#cba18d
#ba8c76

and those depend on what type of version of the layer you use! :)

i got my Paint Shop Pro 9... for very cheap only $60-80 dollars
rather reasonable... and it works like a dream :)

It would be a good idea to order the coloring program online or maybe go to the store Best Buy and Curcuit city I see them there and it was over 100$. You right it is not a good idea to download adobe on you computer it will cause it to have a virus so the best thing to do is buy it. :) I have this program called Recolored and it works so fantastic and great.
