Pictures and Paintings of the Queen - Empress Victoria

This looks like a watercolour study for the painting 'The Queen Rides Out' by Sir Francis Grant.  There is a commentary on this picture in the Royal Collection here, where you can magnified image as well:
http://royalcollection.org.uk/microsites/theconversationpiece/MicroObject.asp?item=0&themeid=922&object=400749&row=0&detail=magnify.  The clothing and hairstyle look very much the same in the Royal Collection picture, minus the epaulettes, Garter sash and feathers and plus a veil.  The signature under her left arm looks not too dissimilar to that of Sir Francis, if you put it right side up:

Possibly, as it is signed, it is a portrait based on the larger piece.

Sorry to be a bother, but could anyone identify all the people in this image, which was posted early on in this thread?

Obviously, Victoria is on the throne and I think that Bertie and Alix are on her left and the girl sitting is Beatrice and maybe the boy is Wilhelm? But that is as far as I can go, can anyone help me further?

It's hard to differentiate between some of the ladies, but I think they have been placed next to there spouse, so based on that I think, left to right:
Lord Lorne, Princess Louise, Prince Louis, Princess Alice, Crown Prince Frederick & Princess Victoria, Prince Arthur, Prince & Princess of Wales, Queen Victoria, Duke & Duchess of Edinburgh, Prince Christian & Princess Helena, Prince Leopold and in front Prince Eddy? & Princess Beatrice.

Oh yes, it would be Eddie, not Wilhelm. Thank you for identification! Is there a date for it? My guess is 1972ish? Based on Louise being married and Arthur not.
