Here The Golden One is leftmost and his hand is bandaged. The inscription on both of them: "Grand duchesses in the infirmary".

Is this from the same famous video clip of OTMAA aboard the Standard playing Ring-Around-the-Rosie? Looks like the same dresses and ages Tatiana and Olga would have been at that time. I'm not 100% certain but I want to say that video was footage was taken sometime in 1906, maybe '07. Alexei is clearly very little. Probably two or three at the most.
