Thank you! It is an acrylic painting on canvas done from a photograph of Rasputin that I thought was quite interesting. He certainly was a unique person.

I became interested in Rasputin after watching the HBO film which starred Alan Rickman as Rasputin and have consequently read The Rasputin File  and am now reading Rasputin: The Saint Who Sinned. I think he's fascinating, although I don't believe half of what I read.

ahh a film. yes you should go to the Rasputin board. there are tons of things about him there.

i'll have to cheek that book out some time thanks.
