Alexandra and Friedrich were to live in Copenhagen in Dehn's mansion close to Amalienborg Palace, and the Danish king gave them Bernstorff Palace outside the city as their summer residence aswell.

How does her rooms or appartments looked like? Can you visit some of them today?
Was there any residence which she liked most?
What were her hobbies? What did she like?

And I read a story that the dog in one of her portrait was the dog of her sister Olga. Is this story true or when not, was it her own dog? And did you know the name of him?

Here is a picture of Alexandra's room; I think it's possible to visit today--it hasn't been changed since she lived there.  If I'm not mistaken, she was very fond of Gatchina Palace.  The family spent a lot of time there when she was alive, but they didn't go much after she died because there were too many sad memories.  Alexandra loved music, especially Beethoven, but also Mozart, Donizetti, and various Russian composers.  She loved flowers, and she had pet swans.  I've noticed the dog, too, but I don't know anything about him.  I assume he was hers because he appears in the Robertson portrait as well.

Yes, you're right, the dog appeares really in the portrait with her sister - a nice detail and a wonderful pet.

Yes, after her death, her father would go for walks by the pond, and Alexandra's swans would come to greet him.  He had a statue built in her memory placed nearby.

Alexandra was an intelligent and highly artistic woman. She was the musician of the family, and likes playing the piano. She was also an excellent singer and contemporaries noted that this kind of talent is something unusual for a princess. She had deep blue eyes and black hair, characterisitcs that were noted by her father to be "Prussian". She loves flowers, particularly roses (like her aunt and namesake, Alexandra Pavlovna). She was also Konstantin Nikolaievich's favorite sister and one of the few people who could calm his restless personality.
I think Gatchina was Alexandra's favorite palace and she loves giving small "concerts" in its halls and boudoirs. If I'm not mistaken, it was also in Gatchina were she met and fell in love with her future husband, Frederick of Hesse-Cassel. So Gatchina holds a lot of memories for her.

It's beautiful, isn't it?  It was painted by Karl Pavlovich Briullov as a representation of Saint Alexandra (Holy Queen Alexandra's Ascension into Heaven), but her features are of course based on Alexandra Nikolaevna.  The artist knew her personally, and was deeply affected by the tragic circumstances of her death.  Nicholas I had the room where she died transformed into a chapel, and the painting hangs there to this day.

Indeed. in Scholss Fasenerie in Fulda, there is a room dedicated to her as well. Her portrait & her dowry (mostly sliverware) were displayed there.
