That's correct.
Her beloved pet English bull terrier attacked two children in Windsor Great Park. Anne was tried under the Dangerous Dogs Act of 1991 and subsequently fined £1000 ( a drop in the ocean to her no doubt).
Interestingly, there was no order for the dog to be destroyed, which in combination with the pitifully small fine, would seem to indicate that some consideration of Anne's status came into play.
This is the same dog which also allegedly bit a maid, and subsequently attacked and killed one of the Queen's corgis which gives an idea of how unstable and anti-social this dog must be........
Thus Anne is the most senior member of the RF in possession of a criminal record!
