That is a lovely image of her, but again it is years and years old.....

When did we last see her with such a warm and genuine smile on her lips either?

Martyn - you and I are in perfect accord.  And I'll willingly accept the post at Vogue - if you'll come along too and tell me when I make mistakes ... I mean, can one wear plaid and stripes and still look good?  (The answer's probably yes, but only if it's by Chanel and worn by Nicole Kidman!)

There are no good pictures of Anne in recent years.  Even her wedding photos to Tim make her look like she's smirking rather than smiling.  Good pictures of her were taken in the 1970s and nothing decent's been done since.  She's a messy grumpy frump and will remain so for eternity ...

Do you watch Absolutely Fabulous?  If so, remember when Patsy and Eddie did a charity fashion show?  Eddie says she'll go down in history as the woman who got Princess Anne into a Vivienne Westwood basque ... an absolute howler of a scene!!

You have to laugh -- the title of this thread is "GOOD pictures of Anne".

I don't think there's much chance of the thread going down due to too many photographs being posted, somehow...

Sorry Margarita Markovna -- no offence meant -- just laughing at the scarcity of comely Anne snaps!  ;D

LOL No offense taken! When I said good pictures, I meant at any point in her life. If she had a cute baby picture, that would be included. :)

Okay, Margarita, great idea -- I'll see if I can dig out one or two!

In fact, Anne was a pretty little girl and an attractive teenager!  :D

In the very last photo, kindly posted by Victoria, Princess Anne is a ringer for the Queen as a little girl.  She really was pretty - wonder what's changed?

It kind of makes you wonder don't it. I agree I just notices that after I read what you wrote.

It's a deal! Chanel + Kidman = a winning combination: I just love that TV ad for the perfume.......

From 1978 or 79.

Except for the lipstick, I like her 50th birthday pictures.
