*Tsarevich Alexei* The Son Of Peter the Great

Hello to everyone, this is a question about a film concerning the Imperial Russian family. But it concerns the predecessors to the Romanovs, as it is "Tsarevich Aleksei" who was the son of Peter the Great.

I find this an interesting subject, as he was negatively portrayed in the German TV miniseries about Peter the Great, and yet the 1996 Russian film "Tsarevich Aleksei" portrays him sympathetically.

Has anyone seen this film? Is it available in the united states?
Here is the IMDB listing

btw my name and icon are from Chief Engineer George W. Melville, an arctic hero who survived the expedition of the *USS Jeannette* to the Arctic Sea (she broke up after 21 months trapped in the pack ice north of the East Siberian Islands, and Melville made it to the Siberian mainland). Melville rescued a number of men, both on this and on other Arctic expeditions.
