I like you being the aunt better also. I mean, "cherished niece" happens. "cherished daughter" doesn't exist, but there is a "daughter I grounded for coming in ten minutes past curfew". I think all the other young GD's being forced to take lessons will agree.
Here, here! (Or is is "Hear, hear"? Dratted something-nyms.

)
BTW, with my mentioning of grammar, I thought you all would like to be informed that this afternoon after coming back from the mall, I came to my room's door and found it locked. My arms were full of bags, so I didn't immediately see the note on the door. And besides, I had already suffered many falls down the stairs just getting up them, and I wouldn't have been able to read it so soon anyway.

But after putting down all my bags, I snatched the post-it now and found that my aunties had all pitched in to placing me in a boarding school!

My bags were what I had tripped on in the main lobby, packed and all.

So I'm afraid I'll be gone for sometime; but I will keep watching you all through my crystal ball and maybe send you all a note or two ripped from my research paper every once in a while.

But for now, toodles. I am heading off in my plaid miniskirt and blouse, ready to stick my nose in some books (which will be covering my magazines, of course

).
Goodbye for now,
Shvibzik (the Big Sis?

Yay, more siblings to out-shout)
