Subtitles - need Help

Hello all,

I am subtitling the movie 'Last Days of the Last Tsar', which can be found on Frozen Tears in English, since I found the Russian version - in HQ, and it does seem to have a bit more voice overs, thus with my limited knowledge of Russian I can't figure out what it means.

Anyway,

here is the link to the part I don't understand:

I do understand the last part, that the(Rasputin) was hated by the Court and military, but what is said before that is a mystery to me.
