The three sons of Friedrich Wilhelm Nikolaus Albrecht (son of princess Marianne) who was married to Marie Pss of Saxe-Altenburg. They were al three considered as possible candidates for a marriage to the young queen Wilhelmina but the queen mother Emma was not in favour of neither one of them. They were however the absolute candidates for Kaiser Wilhelm ll, who wanted queen Wilhelmina to be married to one of his family members.

Wilhelm Ernst Alexander Friedrich Heinrich Albrecht (Hannover 15 Jul 1874-Kamenz 13 Nov 1940)

Wilhelm Friedrich Karl Ernst Joachim Albrecht (Hannover 27 Sep 1876- Berlin 23 Oct 1939); m.1st Ischl, Austria 3 Sep 1919 Marie Blich-Sulzer (Vienna 16 Oct 1872-Strobl, Austria 9 Nov 1919); m.2d Vienna 9 Oct 1920 (div 1936) Karoline Kornelia Stockhammer (Braunau, Austria 5 Sep 1891-Munich 17 Oct 1952)

Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Karl Ernst Alexander Heinrich (Kamenz 12 Jul 1880-Weisser Hirsch, nr Dresden 9 Mar 1925); m.Potsdam 8 Jun 1910 Agathe Pss zu Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst (Rauden 24 Jul 1888-Wiesbaden 12 Dec 1960)
