The lady is Isa Buxhoeveden. To the right of Buxhoeveden's is Pavel Voronov, the officer Olga was in love with.  :)

I saw one time a photo of one of the four with open hair - does anybody know the photo I mean? ???

I'm not sure what you mean by "open hair" -- can you describe it another way?  :)

Sorry, my English is not very good - I am German. :-\
It was a photo taken inside a room, I think with two (maybe only one) of the Grand Duchesses (I think Olga and Tatiana). One of them had uncombed hair. ;)

I think indeed that this photo was taken at the time of the celebration of the centenary of the battle of Borodino, in 1912.
