Photograph of Olga as a child

I've looked through all of the Photos of Olga threads and I cannot find this photo.  She's resting her head on her hand in a ruffled dress, I noticed that ZarevnaOlga has it on her icon If anyone has a bigger/full version of this photo I would totally appreciate it!  I think it might be an OTMAA series not sure though. Thanks

It's a lovely photograph--not just Olga, but in the artistic quality. She has such a wistful look.

This photo, and the ones of her sisters, were published in a contemporary magazine article entitled something like The Czar's Young Family--I can't recall the exact title right now. The attractiveness of the family and the prestige surrounding the Imperial throne really captured the attention of the press of the day which delighted in publishing formal and informal photos of the family--especially the children. I was amazed as I began trying to track down articles.

The second one Sophia posted (Olga & Tatiana in court dress) was actually taken in 1904. They wore court dress for the first time at their brother's christening.  :)

Of course, Sarushka. 1904. My mistake, sorry. Must have been tired...school work...want some more photos, somebody? Well, ready or not, here they are!

Aboard the Polar Star, the imperial yacht the family used to own before the Standart. 1904, I'd say.


In Finland, around 1907: Masha, Nastia, Alexei, Olya and Tanya. Aren't they beautiful?


Aboard the Standart, 1908, I think: Maria, Olga, Tatiana and Anastasia


1909, Peterhof. Picking flowers with Nastia


About 1908, Peterhof again. With Maria and their dolls... :)


Peterhof, 1903. Tatiana and Olga playing with poor Maria.


1901, for Nastia's christening, with Tatiana and Maria.


1904, for Alexei's christening: Maria and Tatiana, Olga in front and Nastia at the far right.


Finally, in 1906, Olga, Alexei, Tatiana, Maria and Anastasia. Don't ask me who colored this pic, I don't know!
