It's still not detailed.
I've posted a screen shot of it in another thread though where I pointed out the AP

While Alexandra's touch is seen in the private rooms of the IF, what interest, if any, did she take in the exterior of the palace, i.e. landscaping, color, etc?

From Palace down to two bridges
« Reply #19 on: November 12, 2007, 02:10:03 AM »
Does anyone know which bridge Tatianna and Alexie were sitting on in the famous pictures of them uner guard?  I've never been to AP, so correct me if I'm wrong, but there are two identical bridges just down from the semi circle.  If the Alexander Palace is behind you, would they have been on the left or right bridge?  Also, there seems to be another bridge that looks very similar to these two identical, but it has a track or rail or something running down the middle.  Anyone know where that is?

Such bridges a little all of them of factory Sann-Galli. They are similar elements the same. On Cross the channel it was kept 3, and one at the moment already is not present. On Lamskix ponds still while 3, but a condition very bad.

Thank you for the response Geglov, however, I'm still confused, sorry.  Do  you mean there were more bridges than those three, that looked very similar to the three, and one of those is gone?  Also, does anyone know which one of the two bridges down from the semi cirlce was the imperial family photographed with the guards behind them?  And, if anyone knows that, do they know which side of the bridge they were sitting on?  I have been trying to figure this out forever, but I can't seem to get my bearings when I look at the photos.

Aloha all!

The pictures of Alexei and Tatiana by the bridge that you've given the links to -- I've never seen them before!

I did notice that the description in one refers to "Grand Duchess Olga" rather than Tatiana though -- pretty sure it is Tatiana as Ortino is sitting by her side and the clothes are identical
to Tatiana from other pics in the same spot.

Thank you very much for providing these links!  Very interesting!

Standing on the terrace in front of the Semi-Circular Hall and looking down the alley, the photograph was taken on the bridge on the left.

Thank you so much tsaria, I have wanted to know that for a long time!  So I guess that means they were facing the opposite bridge, with their backs to the kitchen pond and the children's island would have been to their front?  How far up the paths towards the semi balcony, can you walk today?  Is it still fenced off?  Thanks Geglov for the responses too!

В "Советское" время была площадка для игры в городки. Она была около Бастинона, на против стадиона Сельскохозяйственного института.
In "the Soviet" time there was a platform for game in "small towns". It was about Bastinona, on against stadium of Agricultural institute.
