I've been lurking here on and off for a bit. My ex is Russian and I've always had an interest in Russian history---I finally did have a chance to visit in 1999 and enjoyed myself tremendously. It was rather interesting to visit Lenin's home town, Ulyanovsk, and see his family home. My tour guide was somewhat unsympathetic to the Tsar but became extrememly emotional when talking about the children. It is easy to see why.In any case, I've been playing around with Windows Movie Maker and have enjoyed it. After finding a sound file of God Save The Tsar I thought I'd try my hand at setting it to some pictures. I'm rather new but what I wanted to do was to convey some sense of Imperial Russia and also be respectful to the Royal family.Opinions are welcome......but not brickbats I think it turned out well and I hope you like it. I'm certainly open to editing it because I already have with one of my "productions".http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxb8vrKdH10
