People you know with royal names

How many people can you think of with royal names? Let's see...I know a Nicholas (I call him "Nick", but alot of people call him "Theo", as his last name is Theobald) The mother of a kid I knew's name was Victoria. My Aunt Carrie's sister's name is Audrey. There was a girl I know named Alexandra. There actually is a girl in my school named Sasha. There was a girl from elementary school named Tatiana. I have a friend named Kent, he has a friend named Charles (or "Charlie") My "boss's" son's name is Christian. How many can you think of?

My girlfriend is named Marie Nikolaevna...

She was born on July 17, how odd.

I was named for Saint Margaret of Scotland, who was a queen. There's a student in the 2nd grade CCD class I teach whose name is Tatiana, my neighbor's daughter is named Olga, and I know about 5 Marias/Maries.

I know an Ivan! He's my mom's friend, who was born in Russia. Sadly, he doesn't know a word of Russian since he moved here to Ohio as a baby.

My friends are named Mary and William, and I have a friend named Nikolay, who's from Bulgaria and speaks Russian very very well.  Mary and Will speak Russian pretty flawlessly as well.  We all know each other from church.

My grandmother and godmother are both named Irina, and I have an aunt named Olga

Ritka, I'm glad to see another person who's teaching a religious education class!  I help out with the four and five-year-olds' group in our Church School every Friday.  It's a lot of fun.

Wow! I know a lot of people with royal names without being royal at all!  ;D The son of my Godmother is named Nicholas (Nicolás), but we never call him Nicky. He is "Nico" for his friends. My great-grandmother was named María; one of my mother's cousin's is named Alexis (Alex). One of my better mother's friend is Olga and my own brother is named Maximiliano (Maximilian). He has two sons, Alberto (Albert) and Fernando (Ferdinand). The las one, bear the same name than some Kings of Spain. One of my cousins is named Elizabeth...and I have a friend named Anastasia. Without speaking of my uncle, Jorge Eduardo (George Edward) christianed like this for the prince of Wales was visiting Argentina the very year he was born. I have two great-uncles named Carlos (Charles) a cousin named Patricia and my sister-in-Law is Carolina (Caroline).

Hi!

I come from a what I'd call a very complex family, for it has been splited and re-arranged many times...

Anyway, a lot of us have "royals names", but I don't think it has anything to do with royals or religion.

My dad and step-dad, all of my brothers except one, some cousins, aunts and uncle of mine have royals names.

Examples? Louise, Helena, Victoria, Beatrice, Maud, Nicolas, Andrew, Paul, Ann, Phillip, Charles, Albert, Alice, Cyrill...

I don't need the search very far!  ;D

I share my name with one of the present European princesses and my mom has the same name as a queen ;)

Such young children! The second graders are trying enough!  :D But then again, the older they get, the more reluctant to learn they are.

My cousins are named Olga and Maria, a boy in my class is named Ivan, one of my sister's friends Tanya (Tatiana) and her brother Ivan, and other of my sisters friends Stasia (Anastasia)
