The drawing was done in honor to 100 years of parliamentarism in Russia. I found the photo here:

It was such a hard day for Nicholas, according to his diary entry on October 17th 1905.

I think the facial likeness is uncanny; other than that it is creepy in it's similarities to Christ Jesus and therefore I don't like it.

I posted that picture exactly because I was curious to know what you all would have thought about it...personally, I agree with all your comments...it's indeed a big exageration, I have also seen other modern portaits of this kind, but this one it's indeed the most odd that I have seen. :- /
