Wasn't it said that in Yurosky's diary he wrote that he had wanted Alexei and Alexandra cremated , but instead he said he burned Alexei and Anna Demidova and then they found Demidova's bones so people think that they burned Alexei and Anastasia instead

i also heard that a man named Alexander Avdonin said that he had found the missing remains of Anastasia and Alexei. He siad further results would come out to the public in 2006. In fall, i think.

I'll answer your questions in the order asked:

1. Not a diary, one of his "Notes". His note said they burned Alexei and either the Empress or Demidova. Demidova's bones were never stated to have been found separately. Her remains were with the other Ekaterinburg victims.

2. All that is known for certain is that Alexei's and one of his sister's remains were not in the "grave".

3. If Avdonin or anyone else has found the missing remains, they would have announced it. They have not. I am certain that if anyone does find them, that we will know early on, and we don't, so, no.

I was wondering, are there/have there ever been any plans to search for the bodies? Are there any groups or something searching more vigorously for the missing bodies?  If two of the victims were pulled aside and buried, it's likely they would be somewhere on the way to the other gravesite.  I would just find it kind of odd or frustrating if the final conclusion was "well two were missing."
