And the small question, heard somebody about a underground course (ventilation) from a cave temple on coast of a pond.

Very many thanks for posting your links, Geglov2-3.

The late Alexander Kedrinksy (whose father was a priest at the Feodorovsky Sobor) worked along with Father Markell to try to locate the original drains when, during the course of the reconstruction of the Lower Church, they confronted considerable dampness and flooding problems.   By reverting to the original drains, hopefully these problems have been permanently overcome.
