Book in Russian about Marie Feodorovna

I just got this book and even though I am unable to read Russian, it has some very good pictures in it which I can identify from just knowing the faces of the people in them.

I have begun to learn to read and transliterate.  I am looking forward to knowing more about what information is in this book!

Does anyone who reads Russian have this book?

That is one of the 1st good bios on Maria Fedorovna, authored by Yu. Kudrina who just in 2006 published a gorgeous coffee-table book on the Empress. Here's a link to thread where the book is discussed

Actually the text in that first book is rather dull though informative -- that's a collection of facts, no deep research of the Empress' life or character.

Thank you for the information.

I remember when the other book came out in 2006 and even posted on the thread at the time.  I would love to have that one because the pictures look beautiful.

This one is all in black and white and the paper is not glossy.  However, I suppose that is why it wasn't very expensive.
