Able to Read Older Threads?

Don't mean to be a PITA  :-/
Is there any time table when members will be able to read the older threads?
You click on the links for them in some of the current threads (you know, when you ask a question and a member will give a link to another thread where the answer is) and those threads aren't accesible anymore.

That's true. I know it may be a pain in the bum at the moment, and if the older forum is able to be "read only" we'll be able to get those old threads working. But until then, maybe if the poster gives a clue as to where the thread was found, you can go and look in the backpages to find it?

But even going thru the back pages doesn't work. You still get the message directing you to the new site.

Yeah, that happened to me a couple of days ago, when I was checking the old colored photos threads.

I tried to bring up the following link posted in the Forum but it brought up the old AP sign in page to which I cannot get access. Is there some way of getting around this ?

I have this problem as well. Alot of the time I click on a thread that gets directed to the old forum and I can't read it. Anyway of getting around this?

No,
You have to find the old thread wherever it is in the new forum. There is no way we could spend the time to ferret out and  change all the old links in the forum to re direct them to the new forum.  Those threads are here in the new forum, for the most part, so you can go look for them if you are really interested
