Olga Nicolaevna's book The Princess and the Goblin
« on: May 24, 2006, 05:44:01 PM »
I noticed in the list of items from Yekaterinburg one book belonging to Olga Nicolaevna's was called The Princess and the Goblin which I have wanted to buy or at least read for ages.  I was subbing at a school library today and lo and behold they had a copy of the same book!  I was absolutely tickled pink when the school let me check it out!  It's quite cute actually and to anyone interested in the Romanovs sadly ironic too as the story starts with a princess locked in a house for protection from goblin's who hate her father, the king (very ironic) plus in another turn of irony, the princesses name is Irene.
