Harold ACTON has written two books:
1)The Bourbons of Naples 1737-1825 (in english). There are translations in italian and in french: I Borboni di Napoli 1737-1825 and Les Bourbons de Naples 1737-1825.
2) The last Bourbons de Naples 1825-1861 translated in italian : Gli ultimi Borboni di Napoli 1825-1861.
(No translation in french).

 I might warn you, the Acton books can be hard to find and costly. But they are the best in English.

Francesco II e Maria Sofia - Iconografia dei Borbone di Napoli, by Sergio Della Valle.

It's full of portraits, watercolor paintings, historical prints and photographs of the Bourbons of Napoli (not only Francesco II and Maria Sofia actually).

The book it's in Italian, I don't know if there is an English version of it.

I am sorry, it surprises me, but I confess I don't know personally those bookstores in Rome, in any case in Italy there is no interest for the past Royal Families, so it is almost natural  you did not find anything

Don't forget to mention this book: Vita di corte in Casa Savoia, written by HRH Princess Maria Gabriella di Savoia and Stefano Papi.
This is a very, very good book if you like to know more about the court life in the reign of the kings Umberto I, Victor Emmanuel III and Umberto II.
Recently, I bought this book and I am very positive about it, although I don't read Italian! There are a lot of photos in it, black and white and also in colour. The chapters are about the three queens in this period: Queen Margherita, Queen Elena and Queen Marie José. There are photos in it of palace interiors, menu cards, music programmes, rare photos of the Queens, photos of court dresses and photos of the wedding of Princess Marie José and Prince Umberto. A very interesting book!
