Grand Dukes acting as Imperial Escorts question

During the Tercentenary, as in the film footage of the IF, the escorts of OTMA were, it seems as follows:

If Nicholas escorted AF and Michael Alexandrovitch escorted his mother, MF, would this be the correct order of the Grand Duchesses escorts?
Olga N. = Kyrill Vladimirovitch
Tatiana N. = Boris vladimirovitch
Maria = Andrei Vladimirovitch
Anastasia = Dmitri Pavlovich

Then, how would it continue, who would be next in the procession?  The senior Grand Dukes or Xenia A. and Olga A.?  Xenia would be accompanied by her husband, Alexander M., who would escort Olga A.--surely not her second husband.

I understand that it was a matter of precidence that decided the IF escorts.  I also have read the the MF held precidence over AF.  Would the Tsar have escorted his mother and Michael A. escorted AF?
In the film you can recognize Dmitri with Anastasia-if that is the case one of the Vladimirovichi would have been "passed over".
Thanks for any info or direction as to where I might find such a list.

1. There were three Vladimirovichi Grand Dukes in 1913 - Kirill, Boris, and Andrei. So, I don't see where one was passed over.

2. Michael Alexandrovich married Mrs. Wulfurt in 1912 and did not return to Russia until after the war started in 1914, so he was unavailable to escort anyone.

3. Other Grand Dukes available to act as escorts in 1913: Dmitri Constantinovich (1860-1919), Nicholas Nicholievich (1858-1929), George Mikhailovich (1863-1919), Alexander Mikhailovich (1866-1933), and Serge Mikhailovich (1869-1918).

4. Olga Alexandrovna was still married to Peter of Oldenburg in 1913.

When I first read the topic name, Imperial Escorts question, I was expecting a question about two of the units of the Imperial Suite that served as body guards for the Emperor: the Escort of the Emperor Nikolai II and the Cossacks of the Imperial Escort. These two military units were commonly known as the Imperial Escort.  The thread title would have been more accurate as Grand Dukes acting as escorts.
