Louis XVI and  the Romanovs were "executed" as well. To monarchists and romantics, however, they were assasinated/murdered.
 And not a few Popes met untimely ends as well. Starting with St. Peter !

 It is perhaps the least pretty story of royal demise, but not much noticed by Westerners.

thanks this site is so addictive,i always thought i was weird for readin about royalty specially fallen royalty its something about reading about a person bron to privilge an meetin such a fate.
