Hi!
Oh. Wow. I can't say I know the Rolling Stones really well, but this is weird, no? Somebody refering to the Romanov family in one of their songs years after 1918.
It reminds me of something I read on another website not so long ago. I mean, if something happened a century ago, do we need to old a grudge against the perpetrators for so long? Of course, no one shall forget what happened, because we don't want this to happen again, but...
Sigh. It seems that the killing of innocent people has always happened. Not because we're especially bad. Because we're human, and therefore ables of great things, in the good or bad ways. It's the fact that some people are mean that makes me appreciate the kindness of others.
Here is the sentence I read:
I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness for it shows me the stars. It resumes very well what I'm trying to say.
Sorry if this sounds useless to some of you. Sometimes, I just go philosophing like that for hours, like, in the bus...
