AP book?
« on: July 05, 2006, 08:07:54 PM »
I was just reading in the section about Alix's ghost that Bob Atchison would be putting out a book about the Alexander Palace in 2005.  Did it happen?  I collect Romanov books and haven't seen it, and I would certainly want to obtain it!  I hope I haven't somehow missed it...please advise!  Thanks! :)

Rest easy, you haven't missed it. Despite best intentions, "life happens" and the book isn't finished. Bob is still working on it, but keeps discovering more and more stuff, and revising things. Early 2007 is probably a realistic date at this point.

I hope this book is still in the works - no matter how much time it takes (more time to gather more info., but the sooner the better of course ;)), as long as it's still going to happen. I just know it will be fabulous!

I too hope that this is still in the works--I'll wait as long as it takes for Bob to write the book. I know it will be completely worth the wait in the end.

Bob is still working on the book, so there is no publication date.

The recent discoveries have also pushed back the book, as Bob wants to include the outcome of the recent tests for obviousl reasons.
